Everybody needs somebody! We have been created for relationship;
its no fun to celebrate alone, or to suffer in solitude. And, the
relationship that fills the deepest longing of every heart is the
relationship offered by our Creator God. Until we find that
relationship there will always be something missing in our lives. We
find the purpose for our existence, the meaning of life, the key to
eternity, and the immeasurable value of relationship only with the
God of our creation and His family the church. The church is
people who have put their faith in the Son of God Jesus, and who
are seeking to follow Him on the journey of life. The church is not
a group of perfect people, but people seeking to find their purpose
in the love of Jesus for us, and in the love we have for one
another. Christianity, more than anything else is about relationship
not rules or regulations, and not traditions or philosophies. It
is about being in relationship with the Person of Jesus Christ. God
has designed the church to be His family where real people
struggling with real issues learn to be loved and to love one
another. We need the church because we need Jesus, and we need one
another.
