Trinity Meal - We participate with other churches in
serving an evening meal at a Des Moines inner-city church.
Meals On Us Cards - A great way to show God's love,
Meals On Us cards let you share your faith by purchasing a meal
for a stranger.
Annual Easter Drama - This event
draws a crowd from surrounding neighborhoods as we remember the
passion story; people walking or driving by often pause to
observe the drama. More info...
Servant Evangelism - How often do you receive
something that is completely free? We recently held a "totally
free" car wash for anyone who was interested, with NO donations
accepted. Performing loving acts of kindness is our way of
showing God's love to our community.
4th of July Parade - We have a great time
participating in this annual event, with our praise team
providing music, and other members passing out candy and church
information to parade watchers.
Creek Party - An annual neighborhood party featuring
large inflatable games, food, family-friendly activities, and a
concert.
Mission Trips - We feel that mission trips are
critical to our spiritual growth, and have offered numerous
trips around the United States and
Mexico.
Angel Tree - Held during Thanksgiving and Christmas,
this program helps to provide food and gifts for families who
may otherwise have a hard time making ends meet during the
holidays.
Breakfast with Santa - This fun, family-oriented event
gives kids a chance to meet Santa, and hear about the real
reason for the season - the birth of Jesus Christ.
